The short version

For people who will not keep up a topical, and know it. A licensed provider reviews your history and decides whether an oral option is appropriate and at what strength.

Refills arrive monthly with a check-in, so the plan can change as the results do.

How to run it

Two minutes in the morning, two at night. That's the whole ask.

01
Morning

Oral Formula with water, if it's been prescribed to you. Then the Daily Scalp Serum on a dry scalp, parted in sections.
02
Wash days

Thickening Shampoo in place of whatever you're using now. Rinse fully and let hair dry before anything else goes on.
03
Evening

Topical Formula to the areas your provider directed, on a clean, dry scalp. Wash your hands after.
04
Two or three nights a week

Derma Roller over the scalp first, then leave the scalp bare overnight. Clean the roller after every use and replace it when the instructions say to.

Follow the instructions that come with your order and anything your provider tells you directly — those override this page. Tell your provider or pharmacist about side effects.

Who it's for

Men who've noticed thinning at the crown or hairline and want to act now rather than later
Anyone tired of assembling a routine from four different shelves
People who'll do a daily routine if it's laid out for them

Who it isn't for

Anyone under 18
Women, and anyone pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding
People wanting a one-off fix — this is an ongoing routine, and results differ from person to person
Anyone unwilling to complete a medical review first

Before you order

The everyday care items ship as ordered. The prescription components are a separate decision, made by a clinician, after they've read your intake.

Prescription treatment Treatments here are available by prescription only. A licensed provider reviews your medical history and decides whether a treatment is appropriate for you, and may decide that it is not. Submitting a consultation is not a prescription and does not guarantee one.

Not suitable during pregnancy or when trying to conceive. Tell your provider about mood changes, sexual side effects, or any history of depression, and stop and contact them if side effects persist.

Questions, answered straight

How does shipping work?

Orders ship from a US pharmacy or fulfilment partner in plain packaging with no branding on the outside. You'll get tracking by email once it's handed over. Prescription components only ship after a provider has reviewed your intake and written the prescription, so a first order can take a few days longer than a refill.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes. Manage it from your account — pause a shipment, change the date, or cancel outright. Cancel before an order enters processing and it won't be charged. There's no term to serve out and no cancellation call.

What if a provider decides it isn't right for me?

Then it isn't right for you, and the prescription components won't be dispensed. The provider may recommend something different, ask follow-up questions, or tell you to see your own clinician in person. You aren't charged for a prescription that isn't written.

Can I buy the parts separately?

You can. Every component in this routine is sold on its own — browse the full catalogue and build what you want. The routine exists because most people want the whole thing in one go.

How do I reach a human?

Use the contact page and our support team will come back to you. Clinical questions about your own treatment go through your provider via your account, so they're answered by someone who's read your file.
